DTN Weather Summary

Bryce Anderson – DTN Meteorologist
Rain for Delta, Southwest US Thursday

Light to moderate rain is in store for the Delta and the southwestern U.S. Thursday. Otherwise, we'll see dry conditions in the primary U.S. and Canadian Prairie crop regions. During the next five days, rain will focus on the Delta and Southeast, with a dry trend elsewhere. Temperatures will be seasonal to below normal in most areas except for southern Texas and the northwestern Plains, where hot temperatures will be noted. Temperature patterns remain favorable to crop development although dryness appears set to move into its second consecutive month over most of the central U.S. » More DTN Weather Commentary
